The Japanese are all about cleanliness & courtesy. Hot towels and handi-wipes everywhere. Same in the better Vietnamese restaurants. Both countries screen for SARS at immigration; the other 4 I visited did not.

So is sushi cheaper in Japan than it is here? I've often wondered if it's more expensive in North America because it's "exotic".
